• The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed (160cm x 200cm), two nightstands, a bench and a dressing. Extras: iron and ironing board 

• The bathroom features a shower, a Philips hairdryer, bath essentials (soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dental kit, shaving kit, shower cap, vanity kit, slippers), a set of towels (2 large towels, 2 medium towels, 2 small towels, and 2 bath mats), and bathrobes 

• The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances: Bosch oven, Bosch induction hob, Klarstein range hood, Ikea fridge, Bosch dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Beko washing machine with an integrated dryer. Essential kitchenware includes water glasses, wine glasses, coffee/tea cups, a set of plates, pots and pans, cutlery, and utensils 

• The living area includes a sofa, a coffee table, a workspace with a desk and an office chair, a storage cabinet, a Samsung smart TV, a TV stand, a dining table and four dining chairs. Few books, a puzzle, and a deck of playing cards are available for your enjoyment 

• The hallway area offers a coat rack, a shoe cabinet, a large mirror and a bench 

• Decorated with plants, the balcony is a perfect spot for relaxation. The outdoor furniture, a table and two chairs, is available for you to enjoy a coffee or perhaps a glass of wine.

You have private access to the entire accommodation unit and its facilities. All the apartment’s amenities are at your disposal for your enjoyment. 

• After entering the apartment, please use the slippers provided for you on the bench, in the hallway 

• The bed linens, towels, and bathrobes are washed and ironed by a specialised company • 

•  The entire apartment is sanitised after each accommodation
